The family used the shower every day and the bath once a month. We gave the shower the space, moved the basin to a wall-hung double vanity so the floor stays clear, and kept a bath for the kids.

We measure the room, check where the pipes and joists run, and talk through how you use it. Bath or shower? Who’s using it? Where do the towels go?

A layout drawing, a list of everything going in, and one written price that covers the lot. Change your mind as often as you like before you sign off.
Within 5 working daysStrip-out and first fix
The old bathroom comes out and goes away. Pipes are moved, cables run for lights and the extractor, and the walls are boarded.
Days 1–3Waterproofing and tiling
Every shower area is tanked before it’s tiled, so water can’t get behind the tiles. Then floors and walls are tiled, grouted and sealed.
Days 3–5Fit, finish and handover
Suite, glass, taps and furniture fitted. We test everything, clean up, and leave you the guarantee and the electrical certificate.
Days 6–8
If it’s your only bathroom
- We keep a working toilet in place every night we can
- Water back on before we leave each day
- Stairs and landing protected, dust sheets down daily

What a bathroom usually costs.
Every job is priced after a survey, but these are honest ranges for a typical 2 by 2.5 metre room. Your quote is fixed once it’s agreed.

All in£9,000–£14,000Moving the toilet or soil stack, or replacing rotten joists, adds to the price, and we’ll show you exactly how much in the quote. A 20% deposit books your dates; the rest is due once you’re happy with the finished room.

Can you fit a suite I’ve bought myself?
Yes. We’ll check the delivery against your order before we start, so a missing waste or the wrong valve doesn’t hold the job up, and fit it to the same standard as the bathrooms we supply.
How long will the job take?
Most full bathrooms take five to eight working days. A bath-to-shower swap is usually three or four. Wet rooms take a little longer because the tanking has to cure before tiling.
Will we have a toilet while you’re working?
If it’s your only bathroom, we keep a toilet working every night we possibly can, and the water is always back on before we leave.
Do you do the electrics?
Yes. Our Part P registered electrician wires the extractor, lighting and any shaver sockets or underfloor heating, and you get the certificate at handover.
How much deposit do you take?
20% to book your dates. The balance is due once the bathroom is finished and you’re happy with it.
What does the guarantee cover?
Our fitting and tiling are guaranteed for five years. Suites, showers and taps carry their own manufacturer guarantees, and we deal with any claims for you.
