Pick the one that fits. Not sure what you need? Tell us what’s happening, like a tripping switch, a scorch mark or a socket that’s stopped working, and we’ll tell you what it’s likely to be.
Most of our work is in people’s homes. Dust sheets go down, the power is off for as little time as possible, and everything is tested before we leave.
Five-yearly EICRs, smoke alarm upgrades and remedial work for private landlords and letting agents. We sort out access with the tenant.
New circuits, lighting, emergency lighting tests and fault call-outs for local businesses, worked around your opening hours.

Why Calder Electrics
You get a fixed price in writing before we start. If we find something else once the floorboards are up, we show you and agree it before doing anything. Calder Electrics is run by Mark Sutcliffe, and he’s the one you’ll deal with.
