Lawn mowing & edging
Cut at the right height for the time of year, edges trimmed and the clippings cleared away.
Small garden from £32 a visit
Gardener in Horsforth & north west Leeds
Lawns cut and edged, hedges kept tidy and borders weeded, on a regular round. The same gardener every visit, and the clippings taken away.

What I do
Most customers have a regular visit, with the bigger jobs fitted in as the seasons come round.

Cut at the right height for the time of year, edges trimmed and the clippings cleared away.
Small garden from £32 a visit

Kept straight and level two or three times a year, with every bit of trimming swept up and taken.
Garden hedge from £60 a cut

Weeding, deadheading, cutting back and a fresh layer of mulch so the weeds stay away.
Part of your regular visit

Roses, shrubs, climbers and fruit trees, pruned at the right time so they flower and fruit.
Priced with your visit

Feeding, scarifying, aerating and overseeding to sort out moss, bare patches and tired grass.
Autumn lawn care from £85

Leaves cleared, beds cut back and paths swept, ready for winter or for the first warm weekend.
Half day from £110
Plan your visits
Every garden is different, so I’ll pop round to look before we agree anything. This gives you a fair idea first.
A rough guide at £32 an hour. I’ll confirm a fixed price per visit once I’ve seen the garden.
Through the year
A regular visit isn’t just mowing. The jobs change as the year goes round, and they’re all part of the plan.

One-off jobs
New house, a busy year or a garden that’s been left. I’ll do a one-off tidy to get it back to where it should be, then you decide if you want regular visits.
How it works
Tell me roughly what the garden’s like and how often you’d like a visit. Photos help.
A quick walk round, free, so I can see the garden and give you a fixed price per visit.
The same day each week, fortnight or month. You don’t need to be in.
One invoice at the end of the month. No contract, just a month’s notice if you stop.
Reviews
“Same chap every fortnight for three years. I come home and the lawn’s striped, the edges are sharp and there’s not a clipping left.”
“We bought a house with a garden that hadn’t been touched in years. Two days later you could see the beds again.”
“Sorted the moss in our lawn over one autumn. It’s the best it’s looked since we moved in.”

Areas covered
Rounds are planned by area, so I spend my time gardening rather than driving.

Questions
No. Most customers are at work. As long as I can get into the garden, through a side gate or with a code, I’ll get on with it and send a text when I’m done.
Yes, every visit, and it’s included in the price. I’m a registered waste carrier and it all goes for composting. Nothing gets left in your brown bin.
Light rain, I carry on. If it’s too wet to cut without damaging the lawn, I’ll move you to the next dry day that week and let you know.
No. You pay monthly for the visits you’ve had, and you can stop with a month’s notice. Most people stay because the garden looks after itself.
Yes, everything from mowers and hedge trimmers to a leaf blower. You don’t need to own a thing.
