Why it lasts
The bit you don’t see is the bit that matters.
Cracked grout, hollow tiles and leaking showers nearly always come back to the prep. So that’s where we spend the time.
Set out before we stick
We plan every row so cuts land in the corners, not across your eyeline, and the pattern lines up with the window.
Tanked, not just sealed
Showers and wet rooms get a full tanking system, corners taped, and a test before tiling.
Flat floors, every time
Floors are levelled and large tiles go down with a levelling system, so there are no raised edges to catch a toe.
Reviews
What customers notice
“He moved the whole layout so the cut tiles were behind the door. You only notice that kind of thing when someone doesn’t do it.”
“Big 1200 tiles down the hall and kitchen and it’s completely flat. Dust sheets everywhere and hoovered up every night.”
“Our kitchen fitter recommended them for the splashback. The herringbone round the sockets is perfect.”

Questions
Before you book
Do you supply the tiles?
Usually you choose and buy them, and we’ll tell you exactly how many boxes to order, with a bit spare for cuts. If you’d rather, we can order through our suppliers.
How much should I add for waste?
About 10% for straight lay, and 15% for herringbone, diagonal or patterned tiles. We’ll work it out from the room when we measure up.
Can you tile over my old tiles?
Sometimes, on walls, if the old tiles are sound and it won’t make the wall too heavy. In showers and on floors we nearly always take them off. We’ll check and tell you honestly.
Do you do the plumbing and electrics?
No, we’re tilers. We work alongside your plumber and electrician, or we can recommend the ones we work with.
How long before I can use the shower?
Normally 24 to 48 hours after grouting, depending on the adhesive and grout. We’ll give you the exact time on the day.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, two years on workmanship, on top of any manufacturer’s guarantee on the tanking and adhesives.
