This policy explains what personal information STONEXA collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. STONEXA is based in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, and is the controller of the information you send through this site.

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter:

If you contact us on WhatsApp instead, we receive your phone number and whatever you send us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a website for your business. We do not use them for anything unrelated, and we do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and we need your details to respond. If we go on to work together, we also use them to carry out that agreement.

Who handles it

Our enquiry form is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process your information under their own privacy terms and may do so outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request. If no work follows, we delete them within 12 months. Details relating to work we carry out are kept as long as needed for our records and legal obligations.
